In-Person RetreatS
Based in scenic, rural Eastern Oregon, our weekend "Echo" retreats provide a structured but relaxing antidote to your daily grind. These 3-day, 2-night retreats show instead of tell about the bliss of living ever-more sustainably.
Each small-scale group is limited to 6 participants per cohort, & all participants must be 18 years or older.
Activities include:

unplugged game night

access to free store (leave treasures, take treasures)

field trips to farmer's market, bulk store, consignment shops, etc

private, guided body movement sessions
